Which trade fairs do we deliver to without additional transport costs?

Visit our Calendar page to view a current list of all shows and exhibitions we are attending.

If your show is not listed on this schedule, then please call the office on +44 (0) 1923 851 580 and we will provide you with a cost effective logistics solution.

When is delivery free of transport costs?

JMT delivers its rented furniture for listed exhibitions free of charge on the dates set out in the schedule. If you would prefer to have a different delivery date, this can be arranged though there may be additional costs that will need to be recharged to you. For overseas shows our Customer Services team will be happy to provide you with a transport cost by telephone on +44 (0) 1923 851 580 or by email sales@jmt.co.uk.

Who is responsible for insuring the furniture once it has been delivered?

JMT insures the furniture whilst in transit, but once it has been delivered it is the hirer’s responsibility to insure the goods for damage and loss during the rental period (see the terms and conditions). The hirer is liable to insure the rental products until 48 hours after the rental period.

Is an offer automatically linked to a reservation?

No – at JMT a rental request or quotation does not mean the furniture has been reserved. Orders will not be confirmed until you have received a Pro Forma Invoice. 

How can I place an order with JMT?

We ask that you place your order to us in writing either by using our contact form of by sending us an e-mail, fax or letter.

Is it possible to make a direct order from outlets abroad?

We would ask you to send orders directly to our head office in St. Albans. This avoids any misunderstandings and enables us to process your order smoothly. Our Customer Services is happy to take care of everything else for you.

Can I buy furniture at JMT?

Our main business is renting and not selling. Our customer advisors will be happy to help you with special projects.

Where can I find prices and CAD data on the internet?

CAD information is available for download by each product illustrated on the website. Rental charges are also detailed on the website specific to each product displayed.
